Providence Court Investments are proposing to regenerate a 5.8 hectare (14.3 acre) brownfield site to the North of Brackley. The plans include a new residential development of up to 140 new homes, a new access roundabout and road layout, a new play area, green infrastructure planting and new footpaths and cycleways. Collectively this will help create a sustainable development that complements the neighbouring area and the town. |
